Eligibility Requirements for Return

• ⁠The product must have been received within the last 14 days.
• ⁠The product must be in its original packaging.
• ⁠The original packaging must not be damaged.
• ⁠The product must not have been used or damaged.
• ⁠The product must be unused, in re-saleable condition and in its original packaging.
• ⁠We will not accept returns of cosmetics that have been opened and used. (This excludes defective or expired products.)

Please note that products that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

If Receive a Damaged items
In the event that you receive a damaged product, please notify us within five days of receiving your order. Please be aware that any damage reported to us after five days will not be covered under warranty.
