• This page (together with the documents referred to on it) explains how you can use our website www.esonsalondirect.co.uk (our site), whether you are a guest or a registered user.

• Before returning any items you agree to follow our returns procedure as set out in our returns policy. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us and only items returned as faulty will qualify for a refund of the return postage (max £4.95).
• We aim to despatch sold items within 2 working days. Delivery should take 3-5 days from dispatch. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times as we use third party delivery services.
• Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website shall be governed by the laws of England, Scotland and Wales.
• We reserve the right (in our absolute discretion) to cancel any order for any reason, including, but not limited to, unavailability of products, technical or regulatory reasons, you not being allowed to buy the products, us not being able to sell the products to you, you ordering too many products, an error in the pricing or description of the products or if we suspect that you are in breach of these terms and conditions. We will notify you and not process your order.
• Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. Eson Direct UK Ltd accepts no responsibility for the use or misuse of equipment supplied by trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision.
• The images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the correct image, due to the volume of images on our website, errors may occur. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the image is correct, complete or matches the description of the product. Please note that colours may vary from the images. We reserve the right to remove or change any image at any time.
• Force Majeure; Eson Direct shall be entitled to cancel or delay delivery of orders if it is delayed, hindered or prevented from delivering by circumstances beyond its control. Such circumstances include (but are not limited to) industrial action, accident, fire, act of God or failure of suppliers or carriers to deliver.
