Order
If you are having difficulties at the check out stage of your order firstly, please ensure that you are logged in to your account. Review the items in your basket and check that they are all showing as ' in stock' as any unavailable items will stop you being able to check out. If you are still having difficulties check your address, make sure it is filled in correctly. Lastly, if issues are still occurring make sure your payment details are fully filled out and correct and that you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions.

At the minute we have no restrictions on the quantity of products you can order from us. Please note none of our brands are suitable for resale. If you want to wholesale our brands contact us directly.
Once an order is placed, we cannot change the products.
Click on the ‘Notify Me’ button, as this will allow us to notify you by email when the product is in stock.
Your order will be paid for once we have processed all the items in your shopping basket.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
We aim to send all orders within one day. Orders placed before 11am, Monday to Friday, will usually be dispatched on the same day. We will email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. Please add sales@esondirect.co.uk to your trusted senders list to ensure you receive our order updates.

Delivery days are classed as working days i.e. Mon-Fri. Sometimes our delivery partners will deliver on a Saturday but this cannot be guaranteed. If you pay for/qualify for free next day delivery this is only valid Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am Friday will only be delivered on the Saturday if the option is selected and paid for.
If the order is not delivered, please let us know within 14 days of the initial order date. Claims must be made within this timeframe. Otherwise, delivery will be deemed to have been made.
Log in to your Account and go to 'Profile' in your account settings. Here you can change your address details or add a new one.
We use Royal Mail tracked 48 and DHL Parcel UK next day. Standard orders are sent with Royal Mail and should be delivered two working days after dispatch. Orders where the next day shipping service has been chosen at check out will arrive the day after dispatch. Again, this is working days, please note working days are classed as Mon-Fri. These are shipping estimated and are not guaranteed. Any delays from the courier is out of our hands.
Currently we only ship within the UK.
RETURN & CANCEL
If you would like to return your product or request a refund, please go to your order history page where you can create a return request for the products you have ordered.
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. However, once an order has been dispatched, we regret that we may not be able to cancel or amend it.
