Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the item size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
FREE DELIVERY OVER £100
We offer Free Next Day Delivery on orders over £100 within the UK mainland, when the order is placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
Some couriers may deliver on Saturdays, but this is not guaranteed.
Please note: This excludes furniture and certain large/bulky items.
Next Day Delivery does not cover certain areas, namely the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man.
DISPATCH TIMES

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped the next working day.

Free delivery on orders over £100 to mainland UK (excluding Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man).

Please note: for shipments to Northern Ireland restrictions apply. These can only be ordered by consumers and shipped to residential addresses and certain goods are excluded due to their hazardous nature.

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day (excluding Saturday and public holidays).

98% of our orders are delivered within these timeframes. However, once parcels are dispatched, they become the responsibility of the courier.

FURNITURE DELIVERY

Furniture orders are not eligible for free delivery, even if the order total exceeds £100.
