All deliveries are subject to stock availability, payment authorisation and, in some circumstances, account verification.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & CHARGES

We offer a range of flexible shipping options, including:

  • Tracked 48 Delivery

  • Next Day Delivery

  • Courier options including Evri, Royal Mail and DHL

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the order, delivery destination and selected shipping method.

FREE DELIVERY FOR UK MAINLAND ORDERS

Qualifying orders are eligible for the following delivery offers:

  • Orders over £30: Free Tracked 48 Delivery

  • Orders over £100: Free Next Day Delivery when placed before 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Free delivery applies to eligible UK mainland orders only and excludes furniture and certain large, heavy or bulky items.

Next Day Delivery is unavailable to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Man. Other postcode and courier restrictions may also apply.

Tracked 48 and Next Day delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, adverse weather and other circumstances beyond our control.

Some couriers may deliver on Saturdays, but Saturday delivery is not guaranteed.

DISPATCH TIMES

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM are normally dispatched on the next working day.

  • Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

  • Some couriers may deliver on Saturdays, but this is not guaranteed.

Dispatch times are subject to stock availability, payment authorisation and account verification where required.

UNITED KINGDOM DELIVERY

  • Free Tracked 48 Delivery is available on qualifying orders over £30 to eligible UK mainland addresses.

  • Free Next Day Delivery is available on qualifying orders over £100 to eligible UK mainland addresses when ordered before 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • Furniture and certain large, heavy or bulky items are excluded from free delivery.

  • For delivery to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands or the Isle of Man, please contact us for a delivery quote before placing your order.

  • Restrictions apply to deliveries to Northern Ireland. Orders must be placed by consumers and delivered to residential addresses. Certain products cannot be delivered because of their hazardous nature.

  • Orders are normally dispatched within one working day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

  • Approximately 98% of our orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

  • We are unable to refund delivery charges solely for courier delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • Delivery estimates exclude public holidays.

FURNITURE DELIVERY

  • Furniture orders are not eligible for free delivery, regardless of the order value.

  • Delivery charges are based on the destination, size and weight of the order.

  • Made-to-order furniture can take between two and six weeks to be delivered.
