Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at esondirect.co.uk.

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. This includes furniture, large items and specially ordered items.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt, unused and in its original resaleable condition. You will need to complete a returns form via 'Account > Orders' on your Eson Direct account.

Please wait for correspondence from our returns team before returning your items as they will provide you with instructions on how to complete your return.

Unwanted items must be returned unused and in resaleable condition. They must be returned in their original packaging, with any accompanying documentation, and in a resaleable condition. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if you prefer, we will exchange the item.

 

Returning Clipper & Trimmers

Warranties on electrical items vary, but it is worth noting that the warranty on clippers and trimmers only covers electrical or motor problems.
The blade is not covered by the warranty, so please only return a clipper/trimmer if you are sure that the problem with the product is not related to the blade.
Failure to cut hair effectively and loud noises from the product can often be caused by a faulty blade.
Andis is introducing a new guarantee. This only applies to the following clippers:

- AS12480 Master Clipper (Sliver)
- AS79010 Supra II Clipper
Clippers purchased after 1 April 2021 will have a sticker informing customers that they need to register the clipper warranty with SPUK https://www.stylingproductsuk.co.uk/.  From this date, SPUK will resolve any warranty issues on these products on behalf of the retailer.  

Warranty Information

The Andis Master Sliver Cordless and Andis Supra ZR II Cordless clippers are guaranteed against mechanical failure under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.  

This warranty does not cover

- Consumable parts such as blades, cables, shaving heads, foils or cutters and any accidental damage.
- Any cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, corrosion or discolouration that does not affect the function of the product.
- Any loss resulting from the inability to use the product or any loss in excess of the purchase price of the original item.
- Defects caused by misuse, abuse, fair wear and tear, negligence, failure to follow product instructions, abnormal working conditions or alteration.
- Accidental damage.

How it works:
- All Master and Supra II clippers supplied by SPUK after 1 April 2021 will have a sticker affixed to the box.
- Where existing stock is held, SPUK will supply stickers, it will be the responsibility of the wholesaler to apply these stickers prior to sale.
- Once purchased from the wholesaler, the customer must visit the SPUK website (link) and register the warranty and provide proof of purchase.
- If the clipper becomes faulty within the 12 month warranty period, the customer must visit the SPUK website and follow the warranty return process.

 

Please be advised that in order to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • 1. The product must have been received within the last 14 days.
    2. The product must be in its original packaging.
    3. The product must not have been used or damaged.
    4. You must have your receipt or proof of purchase.
    5. If the product touches the skin, such as a clipper, trimmer or shaver, the packaging must be unopened.
    6. We do not accept any returns on clipper blades or trimmer blades.
    7.We do not accept returns of unpacked products.

Please note that products that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

RETURNS Delivery charges and responsibilities for furniture
Please be aware that delivery charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of returning the product and for any loss or damage to the product in transit back to Eson Direct.

Damaged items
In the event that you receive a damaged product, please notify us within five days of receiving your order. Please be aware that any damage reported to us after five days will not be covered under warranty.



Return and refund policy for other products
Please place your order with due care and attention as once submitted it cannot be cancelled or amended. This includes furniture and bespoke items.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt (see exceptions below). You can create a return request for the product you wish to return by accessing your account page and we will provide you with the return address and further instructions. 

  • The product must be unused, in re-saleable condition and in its original packaging. 
  • Once the product is returned to us in its original condition, we will issue a refund less the original delivery charge.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer and the seller accepts no liability for items lost in transit. 
  • It is recommended that a delivery receipt is obtained and it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that adequate insurance is in place to cover the returned item.



Please note that the following items are non-returnable: Please note that any products made to measure, custom made, special order or direct from the manufacturer (including furniture and furnishings) are non-returnable. Any product that has been opened or unsealed. Any product that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons must be noted here. This includes cosmetics, hairbrushes and combs, hair extensions and hairpieces, body jewellery, earrings or piercing tools, tweezers, scissors and blades, and manicure/pedicure tools. Please note that this list is not exhaustive.

Please be aware that the warranty will be void if the product shows signs of misuse or damage. Furthermore, it will not apply if the product has been tampered with, altered or repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer or its authorised agent. Please refer to the information supplied with your product for details of the warranty on electrical goods.
