Cantu Beauty is committed to supporting the Black and Latina communities by inspiring future female leaders. In partnership with Girl Wonder, a nonprofit organization that empowers young women of colour, the initiative provides access to resources, events and programs that nurture their aspirations, build their self-esteem and promote mental wellness throughout their personal and professional journeys.

The 2022 programme will kick off with the Girl Get Hired series, culminating in a one-day in-person event emphasising that success starts from the inside out. This event will provide this year's Gyrl Wonder cohort with the tools to look their best and excel in their endeavours.

In addition, Gyrl Wonder and Cantu will coordinate a dinner celebrating the graduating class of 2022 and host career fairs and headshot pop-ups across the country, among other initiatives under the Gyrl Get Hired umbrella.
