How to use:
Mix BlondorPlex Cream Toner with Welloxon Perfect Developer in a 1:2 ratio.
For express toning, use 1.9% Welloxon Perfect.
For base breaker use 4% Welloxon Perfect.

Leave for 5 minutes. If necessary, extend time for additional neutralisation.
Rinse thoroughly and follow with appropriate aftercare products.
