How to use: 
Mix Welloxon Perfect Creme Developer with your chosen Wella colour cream in the recommended ratio according to the specific colour product instructions. 
Apply the mixture evenly to dry, unwashed hair using a colour brush or applicator bottle. Follow the processing time indicated in the colour product instructions.
Once the desired development time has elapsed, emulsify and rinse thoroughly until water runs clear. Follow with appropriate after-treatment products.
