How to use: 
Mix 30g Blond Studio 9 Lightening Powder with 30ml Blond Studio 9 Oil-Developer in a 1:1 ratio. Apply to dry, unwashed hair and leave for up to 50 minutes, depending on the desired lift. Do not heat. Rinse thoroughly after use.
