Delivery times are quoted in good faith, however we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries caused by circumstances out of our control. Learn more.

Once your order has been dispatched we are unfortunately unable to cancel or make any amendments to the order. For more details visit our return page.

Non trade customers that attempt to register and order by submitting false details will be refunded less a £5.00 admin fee.

You can search for products by description or brand. If you are unable to find what you are looking for you can call us on 0191 262 0777 and we’ll be happy to help you. We can even place your order on the phone for your convenience.

Every so often mistakes do happen, but we will endeavour to sort them out as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact a customer service advisor on [email protected] to explain what you have received and you will be given a returns number. You can then send back the wrong item using our freepost address, making sure you obtain proof of postage. As soon as we receive the item back we will dispatch the correct item for you.
