Please place your order with due care and attention as once submitted it cannot be cancelled or amended. This includes furniture and special order items.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 14 days of receipt (see exceptions below). Notify us by email of your intent to return from [email protected] and we will supply the return address and further instruction. The item must be in unused, resaleable condition and in its original packaging. We will issue a refund when we receive the item back in to our stock minus the original delivery charge which is non refundable.
Return postage will be paid for by the buyer and the seller accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit. It is recommended that a receipt of posting is obtained and it is the buyers responsibility to ensure adequate insurance is purchased to cover the item being returned.
The following items cannot be refunded: Any made-to-measure, custom-made, special order products or products supplied direct from the manufacturer (including furniture and equipment). Any product which has been opened or unsealed. Any product which, for hygiene purposes, cannot be returned which includes cosmetics, hairbrushes and combs, hair extensions and hair pieces, body jewellery, earrings or piercing tools, tweezers, scissors and blades and manicure/pedicure tools. (This list is not exhaustive).
A warranty will be void if the product shows signs of abuse or damage, nor will it apply if the product has been tampered with, altered or repaired other than by the manufacturer or their authorised agent. Warranties on electrical goods vary, please see the information provided with your product.
We care about our customers, and value each one and will always try to help you. We understand the concerns and frustrations you might have, and will try our best to resolve the issues.
