Return and Refund Policy for FURNITURE and LARGE ITEMS

Please place your order with due care and attention as once submitted it cannot be cancelled or amended. This includes furniture, large items and specially ordered items.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your furniture purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within 7 days after received the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was received in the last 7 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

RETURN Shipping charges and responsibilities for Furniture
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are applicable and non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of RETURN SHIPPING and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping back to Eson Direct.
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Any damages reported to us after the 5 dayswill not be covered by the warranty.
Return and Refund Policy for OTHER PRODUCTS
- Please place your order with due care and attention as once submitted it cannot be cancelled or amended. This includes furniture and special order items.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 14 days of receipt (see exceptions below). Notify us by email of your intent to return from [email protected] and we will supply the return address and further instruction. The item must be in unused, resaleable condition and in its original packaging. We will issue a refund when we receive the item back in to our stock minus the original delivery charge which is non refundable.
- Return postage will be paid for by the buyer and the seller accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit. It is recommended that a receipt of posting is obtained and it is the buyers responsibility to ensure adequate insurance is purchased to cover the item being returned.
- The following items cannot be refunded: Any made-to-measure, custom-made, special order products or products supplied direct from the manufacturer (including furniture and equipment). Any product which has been opened or unsealed. Any product which, for hygiene purposes, cannot be returned which includes cosmetics, hairbrushes and combs, hair extensions and hair pieces, body jewellery, earrings or piercing tools, tweezers, scissors and blades and manicure/pedicure tools. (This list is not exhaustive).
- A warranty will be void if the product shows signs of abuse or damage, nor will it apply if the product has been tampered with, altered or repaired other than by the manufacturer or their authorised agent. Warranties on electrical goods vary, please see the information provided with your product.
We care about our customers, and value each one and will always try to help you. We understand the concerns and frustrations you might have, and will try our best to resolve the issues.
